How long will the application process take?
Once the application form has been completed and submitted, our team will review the details and the form will be sent to our credit team for approval. Once approved, your Gib Oil GO Card will be printed and ready for immediate use. The process typically takes between 5 to 10 working days.
Can fuel consumption be tracked?
Absolutely! Every transaction performed via the Gib Oil GO Card will appear as an itemised entry in your bi-monthly invoices. Transactions are itemised per GO Card (in the case of having multiple cards linked to one account) and will contain details such as fuel grade, litres purchased, cost per litre and total cost, rebate, etc.
How many GO Cards can be linked to a single GO Card account?
As many as required. This is especially useful for corporate customers with vehicle fleets or for personal account holders that want to add other family members or friends to their account. To request additional cards, simply contact our team by email at [email protected].
What can be purchased with the Gib Oil GO Card and where can it be used?
The Gib Oil GO Card can be used at our Montagu, Winston and Waterport Wharf Retail stations (see Land based services page for more information on these locations). The Gib Oil GO Card can be used to purchase fuel, lubricants and any other non-fuel related store goods. GO Card customers have the ability to select what product categories individual GO Cards can be used for, i.e. Fuel only, All products, etc. Refer to the drop down menu in the Application Form above for a full list of the various product categories that can be selected
How does the loyalty program work?
Gib Oil GO Card users will accrue 1 point for every 50p spent at Gib Oil. This includes purchases of fuel, lubricants or any other non-fuel related goods. Points can be redeemed in exchange for vouchers to use at our loyalty partner retail stores; charitable donations to local charities (Gib Oil will match the value of the donation; a range of instant gifts. Please refer to the Gift Catalogue for further information. Points can be redeemed by visiting our Montagu or Winston Retail stations.
